Deposits

When making a reservation, we ask for a credit card number or a deposit for the cost of the first night’s accommodation to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy – Llanerchindda Farm   1^st May 2024

When you make a reservation at Llanerchindda Farm you are entering into a legally binding contract.

In the event of you having to cancel the reservation within 21 days of arrival you will be liable to pay the full cost of the whole reservation you have booked, however we will make all possible efforts to  re-let the accommodation reserved, if we can only re-let part of the accommodation booked you will be liable to pay for anything unoccupied.

In the event of you cancelling prior to 21 days before arrival then you will only be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £20.00 per room booked.

There is a non-refundable deposit for Y Stabl Cottage of £200.00 & the Farmhouse of £250.00 which will be charged to the credit/debit card details given at the time of booking.

We Strongly advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance, remember you may already be covered on your credit card or through an annual holiday insurance policy.

In the event of severe Winter weather and you have to cancel your reservation we will not charge you for the accommodation you have booked and hope that you will make a booking for later in the year.
